Mr. Jenkins is an acknowledged expert in helping Clients (1) locate an appropriate commercial real estate investment for their Individual Retirement Accounts (2) finding 1031 replacement properties to facilitate a 1031 “tax deferred” exchange (3) advising Sellers on various strategies for obtaining the highest price on the sale of their property. 

Mr. Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has earned the prestigious CCIM Commercial Real Estate Investment Specialist designation. In addition, Bruce is a licensed Mortgage Broker, and holds a NASD securities license necessary for selling Tenant In Common interests and other Direct Participation investments.

As a Florida Real Estate Broker, Bruce has consummated several commercial real estate sale and lease transactions involving office properties and retail buildings and was recently awarded #1 in Retail Property Sales and #2 in Office Property Sales by the local Board of Commercial Realtors. 

In his spare time, Bruce enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with his family.
